Hotel Reservation Policy
To reserve a hotel room within the NAREIT negotiated group block, you must register for the conference and complete the hotel reservation section of the registration form. Should you have questions regarding the hotel, contact Amy Miller at 305.948.6345, x 33 or housing@cgxi.com. Please do not call the hotel directly.
Note: All room reservations will be charged a one-night, non-refundable deposit at the time of reservation request. Hotel reservations are due no later than February 27, 2009, to receive the group rate (pending availability).

Resort Charge and Gratuity
A daily resort charge of $15.00, which includes:
- In-room coffee service
- Shuttle for individual transports to La Quinta Resort and PGA WEST golf courses

- Daily newspaper delivered to each room (Sunday upon request)
- Unlimited use of the Fitness Center including most scheduled fitness classes
- High-speed internet access in guest rooms
- Self parking
Gratuities for Housekeeping are $3 per room, per day.
Taxes
All rooms are subject to applicable taxes. The current California State Hotel Tax is 11% (plus a .045% local lodging tax). California state and local lodging tax is subject to change.

The resort offers seven restaurants to please any palate including AZUR, Adobe Grill, Spa Bistro, a steakhouse and three clubhouses. Options range from authentic Mexican cuisine at Adobe Grill to traditional favorites and steakhouse dining at the new Twenty 6, from the delicate and innovative seafood AZUR to the casual, lighter fare at the Spa Bistro and Clubhouses. Delight your taste buds with entrees that vary from the very rich to the lightest of spa cuisine.

La Quinta also offer golf instruction at the Jim McLean golf school located at the resort and PGA WEST.

Camp La Quinta
To spark the imagination and satisfy our young guest’s quest for adventure, La Quinta Resort & Club happily offers Camp La Quinta for ages 4 and up (must be toilet trained). Available 365 days a year, and supervised by our enthusiastic activities staff, the camp features a series of daily themes and dozens of related activities where the kids are in charge.
