When and where is the conference?
The REITWise™ 2009: NAREIT's Law, Accounting & Finance Conference will take place March 25-27 at La Quinta Resort & Club in La Quinta, CA. La Quinta is located at 49-499 Eisenhower Drive, La Quinta, CA 92253
When will registration be open at the conference?
TUESDAY: March 24, from 3:00pm-5:00pm
WEDNESDAY: March 25, from 7:30am-6:30pm
THURSDAY: March 26, from 6:30am-1:00pm
FRIDAY: March 27, from 7:30am-12:30pm
Will I receive a confirmation for the conference and the hotel?
Yes, conference confirmations are sent via e-mail to each attendee once their registration form is submitted and the payment has been processed. Confirmation e-mails for the hotel are sent separately from Staged Right Events, NAREIT’s housing coordinator. Conference registrations are processed and confirmed from the NAREIT headquarters in Washington, DC. Hotel reservations are processed and confirmed from Staged Right Events/CGXI Marketing offices in North Miami Beach, Florida. Please allow 5-6 business days from the time of submission to receive confirmations.
How do I reserve a hotel room?
NAREIT has arranged a block of rooms at a discounted rate at La Quinta Resort & Club. To receive discounted rates, you must first register for the REITWise™ 2009: NAREIT's Law, Accounting & Finance Conference. For more information on this hotel, please visit the Hotel Information tab.
What is the dress attire for the conference?
Dress is resort casual for all meetings and events.
Do you have to be a NAREIT member to attend the conference?
No, anyone can attend the REITWise™ 2009: NAREIT's Law, Accounting & Finance Conference.* However, please note that NAREIT members receive discounted rates. To become a member, please visit the Membership Application tab.
*Employees and Officers of REITs that are not members of NAREIT may not attend this meeting as Non-Members. The REIT must be a NAREIT member.
How much does it cost to attend the conference?
