What Will 2006 Hold For Stock Challenge Participants?
Who is up to the challenge in 2006 to take the crown from Ralph Block? A field of six industry veterans will test their prognosticating prowess in the 2006 Real Estate Portfolio Stock Challenge.

In addition to past participants Block, Slatin, Leupp, Havener and Krewson, this year’s challenge features returning participant Anatole Pevnev, former REIT analyst and founder of REITCafe.com.

Through the first month of the year, Pevnev has a slight lead over Krewson and the rest of the field.
