Apartment Investment and Management Co. (NYSE: AIV) announced that Scott W. Fordham, previously the vice president and chief accounting officer with Brandywine Realty Trust (NYSE: BDN), will be joining AIMCO no later than January as its new chief accounting officer and senior vice president. Fordham will succeed Robert Y. Walker IV, who will now serve as chief financial officer of the company's conventional property operations.

Analyst John P. Kim has left Ross Nussbaum's team at Banc of America Securities to run Merrill Lynch's Australian LPT research team in Sydney.

Corporate Office Properties Trust (NYSE: COPT) announced that executive vice president and chief financial officer Roger A. Waesche, Jr. has been promoted to executive vice president and chief operating officer and Stephen E. Riffee, former CFO for CarrAmerica Realty Corporation, has been named the new executive vice president and CFO, Waesche's former role. COPT also announced the promotion of Karen M. Singer to senior vice president, general counsel and secretary.

FelCor Lodging Trust, Inc. (NYSE: FCH) elected Robert F. Cotter to its board of directors. Cotter previously served as president and chief operating officer with Starwood Hotels & Resorts.

Steven G. Osgood is the new executive vice president and chief financial officer of Global Signal (NYSE: GSL). Osgood previously served as SL Green Realty Corp.'s (NYSE: SLG) president and chief financial officer.

Hypo Real Estate Capital Corporation appointed Michael Krull as managing director, head of CMBS. Previously, Krull served as managing director, capital markets at GE Real Estate in New York.

Shopping center REIT Inland Real Estate Corporation (NYSE: IRC) announced the promotion of Beth Sprecher Brooks to vice president and general counsel, replacing the retiring David Kayner. Brooks previously served as counsel for the company.

Karin Ford, previously an analyst with Banc of America Securities, joined KeyBanc Capital Markets' REIT team.

Lexington Corporate Properties Trust (NYSE: LXP) named Michael L. Ashner executive chairman, Richard Frary and Clifford Broser as members of the board of trustees, E. Robert Roskind as the trustees' chairman and Richard J. Rouse as co-vice chairman of the board.

Longview Fibre Company's (NYSE: LFB) board of directors appointed Steven Buhaly as the new senior vice president and chief financial officer.

Moody's Investors Service named Nicholas Levidy and Paolo Obias as managing directors of its Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities Group.

New Century Financial Corporation (NYSE: NEW) named Brad A. Morrice its new chief executive officer. Morrice will serve as CEO in addition to his previous position as vice chairman and president. New Century also announced the addition of Lenice Johnson as senior vice president and corporate credit officer. Johnson previously worked as the first vice president of subprime strategy with Washington Mutual Corporate Credit.

Chief financial officer William Brown resigned from his position at Plum Creek Timber Company (NYSE: PCL).

Brenton J. Watson joined real estate investment and private equity fund Vintage Capital Group, LLC as the president of its real estate division, and will also serve as the company's chief operating officer.

Washington Real Estate Investment Trust (NYSE: WRE) named Edward Civera, chairman of the pharmacy benefit management company HealthExtras, and Thomas Russell, president and chief executive officer with private real estate firm Partners Realty, to its board of directors.
