Michael Gallagher joined Camden Property Trust (NYSE: CPT) as vice president and chief accounting officer. He previously worked for GE Aero Energy.

Fred Kennon retired as chief financial officer of Entertainment Properties Trust (NYSE: EPR). Mark A. Peterson will succeed Kennon as CFO while continuing to serve as treasurer. Gregory K. Silvers was named chief operating officer at EPR.

Jonathan H. Yellen was appointed executive vice president, general counsel, and secretary at FelCor Lodging Trust Incorporated (NYSE: FCH) to take the place of Lawrence D. Robinson, who retired.

Susan L. Pils joined First Industrial Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE: FR) as vice president of organizational development. Previously, Pils was vice president of global human resources at JohnsonDiversey, Inc.

Merrill Lynch Investment Managers appointed Matthew Ryall as director for the company’s real estate research and strategy team. Ryall will also serve as fund manager for its planned European fund of funds.

U-Store-It Trust (NYSE: YSI) named Christopher P. Marr as CFO and Stephen R. Nichols as senior vice president, operations. Previously, Marr served as senior vice president and CFO of Brandywine Realty Trust (NYSE: BDN) and Nichols served as vice president, operations of Extra Space Storage Inc. (NYSE: EXR).
