Cousins Scores a Hat Trick
Three Atlanta Cousins Properties office buildings were honored with a "Regional Office Building of the Year" TOBY Award by the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). The achievement marks a record-setting total for one company in a BOMA regional competition.
Northside Alpharetta I won the Medical Office Division, 333 North Point Center East won in its square foot category and One Ninety One Peachtree Tower won The Earth Award. Each went on to compete in last month's BOMA International competition.
TOBY entries are judged on elements that include building management and community impact.
"We set high standards by developing and managing only the premier office, retail, and medical office projects in a particular market," stated Craig Jones, Cousins president.
The 50-story Peachtree Tower won BOMA's International Office Building of the Year in 1998. Northside and North Point were recognized for the first time.
