Apollo Commercial Real Estate Finance, Inc. (NYSE:ARI)  appointed Anastasia Mironova to the positions of CFO, secretary, and treasurer. Mironova’s start date is expected to be at the beginning of the second quarter. She joins ARI from BDO USA, LLP, where she served as a partner focused on public REITs and debt funds.

Laurie Baker was named COO at Camden Property Trust (NYSE: CPT), replacing Malcolm Stewart, who retired after serving as COO and president. During her 20-plus years with Camden, Baker has held several positions including EVP of operations and SVP of fund and asset management.

Centerspace (NYSE: CSR) said Bhairav Patel has been appointed as CFO. He succeeds John Kirchmann, who announced last year that he would step down to pursue other opportunities.

Gillian Tiltman was named SVP and head of investor relations at Iron Mountain Inc. (NYSE: IRM). Tiltman previously served as a managing director, portfolio manager for the real estate securities group at Neuberger Berman Europe Ltd.

National Retail Properties, Inc. (NYSE: NNN) said Julian (Jay) Whitehurst, president and CEO, will retire effective April 28. Stephen Horn, Jr., currently EVP and COO, will assume the role of president and CEO as of April 29.

PS Business Parks, Inc. (NYSE:PSB) announced the appointments of Stephen Wilson as interim president and CEO and Maria Hawthorne as interim COO. Dan “Mac” Chandler, III, the company’s president and CEO, is taking a temporary leave of absence for health reasons unrelated to the COVID-19 pandemic. Wilson has been a director since 2019 and served as EVP—development at AvalonBay Communities, Inc. (NYSE:AVB) prior to his retirement in 2019.

Lisa Palmer, president and CEO of Regency Centers Corp. (Nasdaq: REG), was named to the Jacksonville branch board of directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. Palmer will serve a one-year term, ending on Dec. 31.

Spirit Realty Capital, Inc. (NYSE: SRC) announced the promotion of Rochelle Thomas to EVP, general counsel, and secretary. Thomas previously served as the company’s SVP and deputy general counsel. She joined the company in 2016.

STAG Industrial, Inc. (NYSE: STAG) said CEO Ben Butcher will become executive chairman on July 1. William Crooker, STAG’s current president, will be appointed CEO at that time. Matts Pinard was also named as EVP, CFO, and treasurer.

TPG RE Finance Trust, Inc. (NYSE: TRTX) appointed Doug Bouquard as CEO, effective April 25. Bouquard joins TRTX from Goldman Sachs, where he most recently served as a managing director and head of U.S. commercial real estate debt in the global markets division.

Veris Residential, Inc. (NYSE: VRE) appointed Amanda Lombard as chief accounting officer. Lombard, who most recently served as CFO of Seritage Growth Properties (NYSE: SRG), succeeds Giovanni DeBari, who is leaving Veris Residential. Lombard will transition to the role of CFO in connection with David Smetana’s decision to leave the company to pursue other opportunities upon the completion of his contract. Smetana and Lombard will work closely to ensure a seamless transition of responsibilities by year-end 2022.
